Reporting Requirements
Grant reporting includes both a financial and program report. The Letter of Award that the AFC sends each grantee at the start of a grant includes deadlines for individual grant reports. Instruction for the reports – dependent on the type of grant awarded – are included in the grant contract, the Terms of Grant Agreement (TGA).
Grants for greater than 6 months also typically include a site visit – a face to face meeting between AFC staff, member funders, and the grantee.
